Professional tools and workflows will streamline your productivity and life.

  • I use time-tracking software to ensure you are only billed for the hours that I work for you. In terms of day-to-day work, I will use whatever software is within your business. I use project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana and Notion. If it is something I'm not familiar with, then I'll let you know and start up-skilling straight away!

  • I am generally available to clients during the week but there are no set times, as it depends on the needs of my clients and my family.

    I will always make sure I agree deadlines in advance with clients, and if a situation changes, they will be the first to know if that deadline will move - there is a constant and open dialogue.

    If you are looking for someone to be available 9 - 5, Monday - Friday, then you might be more suited to hiring an employee.

  • However you would prefer, and in whatever medium that suits you; email, phone or a messaging platform. How often is also up to you, but a regular dialogue is hugely beneficial.

    They don't have to be lengthy meetings - I am here to help make your life easier.

  • My hourly rate is £32 p/h. I bill monthly, in arrears.

  • The best way to start to work this out, is by keeping a note of your daily, weekly and monthly repeated tasks that could be easily outsourced.

    Similarly, a list of jobs you view as ‘time wasting’ or that you dread doing. Once you have a list of tasks, we can work together to work out how many hours a month would relieve your sense of overwhelm.

  • I have professional indemnity insurance for my business.

    Your data will be protected; I am fully registered with the Information Commissioners Office for data protection purposes.

    All clients will receive a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), an agreement between a data controller (your company) and a data processor (Compass Rose Virtual Assistant). It regulates any personal data processing conducted for business purposes. (A DPA is also known as a GDPR data processing agreement).

    Clients will sign an agreement outlining terms and conditions, and includes a confidentiality agreement for your reassurance.

    I completed the Advance Virtual Assistant Academy course, so I am well versed in the standards expected by the industry.
